Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be in the same condition that you received it,
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed,
• Have all original tags and packaging intact, and
• Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at returns@tallerthanmost.co.uk or initiate a return through your customer account.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide:
• A prepaid return shipping label, and
• Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Email returns@tallerthanmost.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Sale items or gift cards,
• Custom or personalized products,
• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants),
• Personal care items (e.g. beauty or grooming products), or
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you’re unsure about the eligibility of your item, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
